CMC DayMark Wraps Up Customer Survey

CMC DayMark recently commissioned an online survey regarding the products and the services that they provide to the UK market.

DayMark is very pleased to advise it had its customers’ support and that it received well above industry average response levels to the questionnaire. The company understands that such surveys take time to complete and that this has an impact on the participants’ time. It does, however, enable CMC DayMark to listen and read direct feedback from their most valuable asset—the customer.

Daymark is exceptionally pleased that over 70% of customers measured its overall service as “very positive”.

The results of the survey will be reviewed in detail and, wherever possible, the company make adjustments to ensure they constantly deliver the highest levels of service, with the best products in the market. Some clients made specific and individual comments; these customers should be assured that DayMark will make contact to work closer with them.
