Due to the increased awareness of food allergies, laws have been created to ensure restaurants identify food products with ingredients that contain protein derived from any of the 14 major allergenic foods: milk, eggs, fish, crustaceans, nuts, peanuts, mustard, sesame, lupin, celery (and celeriac), sulfur dioxide, molluscs, soybeans and cereals containing gluten. DayMark provides Allergen Labelling that is affordable and easy to implement into your kitchen’s routines.
